ABOUT ME
The adults, couples and groups I work with share similar goals. They aim to gain insight into themselves, to identify the obstacles that hold them back from living the lives they want to live and to develop healthy coping mechanisms to handle their issues. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, relationship problems or life transitions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment to help you process your problems. I am passionate about helping my clients learn how to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
Most of my practice focuses on individuals experiencing depression and anxiety stemming from unprocessed childhood trauma. As an IFS-informed therapist, I use insight-oriented therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, among others, to help clients process their trauma and achieve their treatment goals.
If you are looking for support, please feel free to contact me to discuss how psychotherapy might be helpful for you. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
